Passenger Waiver and Release of Liability

By checking this box and completing my booking, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. I am voluntarily booking transportation services provided by CEO CHARTERS and understand that travel involves certain inherent risks.
  2. I assume full responsibility for any personal injury, property loss, or other damages that may occur during my trip.
  3. I confirm that I am at least 21 years old, or have provided written consent if underage (if applicable).
  4. I release CEO CHARTERS, its drivers, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or demands resulting from participation in this service.
  5. I agree to comply with all safety rules and conduct expectations onboard. CEO CHARTERS reserves the right to refuse service for behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
  6. I agree that I am responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by myself or my guests. Additional cleaning fees may apply for spills, excessive mess, or violations of the no-smoking policy.
  7. I understand that if I am late for the scheduled pickup, no refunds will be issued for missed time due to lateness.
  8. I agree alcohol consumption is permitted only for passengers 21+. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. CEO CHARTERS reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund if unsafe or unlawful behavior occurs.
  9. I agree bookings canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. Reschedules may be accommodated based on availability.
  10. I understand that while amenities such as massage chairs and internet connectivity are included, CEO CHARTERS is not responsible for any temporary technical issues beyond our control.
