To deliver the level of service our clients expect, all bookings with CEO CHARTERS are subject to the following policies. Please review carefully before confirming your reservation.

Booking & Payment

• All rides must be booked by 9:00 PM the day prior to service.
• A 6-hour minimum is required for all charters.
• Service is billed at $350 per hour, with time starting at the scheduled pickup and ending at final drop-off.
• Full payment is required upfront to confirm your reservation.
• Additional hours may be requested and added, based on availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may forfeit time.
• Service time will not be extended or refunded due to late arrivals.

Additional Requests

• Requests for extended time, added stops, or specialty amenities must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
• Gratuity is not included and may be added during or after your trip.
